■インストール
以下のマニュアルに沿ってインストールするだけ。

1. Cacheを消すためにEclipseに以下の引数を渡して起動。
> eclipse -clean

2. Select: Help > Software updates > Find and Install..
2. Select Search for new features to install and continue with next.
3. Select New Remote Site...
4. Give a name for a new TeXlipse update site and the address of it. (The update site address is http://texlipse.sourceforge.net) Accept the values by clicking OK


Preferences -> Texlipse -> Bulider Setteings
Latex programを変更。
before : C:/tex/bin/latex.exe
after : C:/tex/bin/platex.exe
