# yum install yum-fastestmirror

特別な設定は不要。yumを実行し、「Loading "fastestmirror" plugin」と表示されれば、yum-fastestmirrorは有効になっている。

# yum check-update
Loading "fastestmirror" plugin

■実行結果
# yum install yum-fastestmirror

Setting up repositories

install出来なかった。
